Is There Any Way To Keep Viagra Adds From Keep Getting Through Spam And All Filters?
I have spam guard on and a bunch of filters set up to get rid of the viagra adds, it is not working! There are 2 that just keep getting through. Is there something I am missing?

Mail servers are notarious for letting in their own popups. Change your mail and they will temporarily vanish, until your new mail server starts letting them in.
