Is It A Good Idea To Start Taking Viagra In Early 20s?
I’m in my early 20s and I’m having trouble maintaining an erection. I’ve stress and self-esteem issues which probably contribute to this. If I start taking viagra (or whatever else is on the market) now will I become dependent on it?

First you might want to see a urologist to make sure all is well with your prostate, testosterone level, etc. He can prescribe an ED aid for you. Make sure to not overdo on alcohol when you take it. Some counseling might also help you deal with stress and learn how to “turn it off” when you need to.
A twenty year old should not need viagra unless there’s a physical cause of the ED.
BUT, you did mention some psychological issues. While viagra can instill some confidence in a guy, you’re not dealing with these psychological issues. I’d work on that first. Save the viagra for when you’re 40 and really need it.
It is very possible for your body to become addicted to the assistance of viagra. Only take under a doctors supervision. For viagra to work properly there has to be arousal also. I would not take if I did not have to.
why not
