Also, I would like to know more about Endorphins which is a mood elevating hormone produced within the body. The Soma plant was used by ancient Indians (India) to give them a high when performing religious ceremonies. I believe it existed on the Hindukush mountains and is now extinct.

sites that give a lengthy definition of the soma plant and of the diffirent
cultures that used it. there was way to much to go into on here
