You can’t speed up the excretion process by any means. You have to let your liver and kidneys do what they do best. Drinking lots of water just dilutes it, doesn’t speed anything up. As far as methadone goes, you picked the only opiate that takes longer than 3 days to be undetectable in urine. You are looking at 10 days minimum and could be longer.
