How Do You Feel About Medical Marijuana?
The DEA says that marijuana has no medical value (they enforce federal laws) but the federal government grows marijuana for medical marijuana patients not many but a few. So they’re obviously lying to us saying marijuana has no medicinal value when they grow it for people for medicinal purposes. Many doctors also agree that marijuana can be used for medicine and the national association of science. So what is the REAL reason for the federal government keeping marijuana illegal? They obviously know it can be used for medicine. Your thoughts.

If doctors say someone needs it… i would just trust they know what they are doing. Methadone, Oxycontin… all of that can have worse effects than marijuana so whats the big deal?

Medical marijuana is not used for a cure, but for relief and it has been proven to provide major relief for several conditions. I personally don’t see the difference between marijuana and alcohol in terms of how people act when they are on it and what the consequences can be. It should be legal, medical or otherwise, but *at least* medical.

You can grow it in your yard and they can’t tax it. It really does grow like a weed. The pharmaceutical industry would lose billions if we all had our own little stash growing in the yard.

Isn’t that interesting, synthetic THC works as a medicine, but natural THC doesn’t. THANK YOU DEA, I can totally see that you are telling us the truth about medical marijuana. What I can’t understand is how some people in the general public are still denying that marijuana is a medicine, when the DEA and FDA say that the synthetic version works…does anyone else see what’s going on here?
Marijuana has been PROVEN over and over and over again that it IS MEDICINE!!!!!! The only reason it is still illegal is because it gets you high, and it’s easy to grow at home. It has nothing to do with public safety or our health.
The DEA is just a puppet for the big lobbies in Washington, and it’s sad to say this, but those who are supposed to be looking out for us are really only in it for the money. Our health means nothing to them, bunch of hypocrites.

First of all, the goverment does not tell you that, health professionals and doctors do. And many doctors? not many doctors. Not many people. The reason for it is because one, so many people will try to get a fake prescription and two, the side effcts like cancer, parinoia, addiction(which long term use leads to many other side effects), and being stoned is not that great of a trade off for relieving pain when there is other medicine that will relieve pain just as well and better then pot with a lot less sid effects. Personally, im not against pot and have no problem people doing it for pleasure but I do see why its out lawed. The only problem I have with americain drug laws is beer and cigerites are legal while pot is isnt…
