I just started taking Lyrica and feel a little funny. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It is a controlled substance because people tend to get addicted and abuse it. Like the other user said, drug-seeking behavior. Oh, how many people come up with stories at the drugstore about how they lost their meds, they are going on vacation, etc, every month, just to get a few extra pills.
It might make you a little sleepy or dizzy at first but it that should go away with time. Also it is a C-V controlled substance it is that way becuase when it was going though human trials it was found to Cause some drug seeking actions by the people takeing it
