What Would Happen If Lsd Came In Direct Contact With A Human Brain?
Fairly simple question, difficult answer, unusually hard to word specifically in a limited amount of words. What would happen, if say, someones human brain, had LSD dropped directly on to it?
Exposed brain + LSD = ?

LSD also crosses most any membrane to enter the blood steam, such as skin, muscus, or probably the meninges on the outside of the brain, it also absorbed will from IM injections, so I expect the same would happen if it was “in” the brain, it then enter the blood steam, cross the blood brain barrier and produce the usual gamut of LSD effects.
If we suppose that during a craniotomy, the neurosurgeon happens to accidentally drop some lysergic near the surgical site, LSD doesn’t seem to have much trouble crossing the blood brain barrier. Though I’m not certain of its pharmacokinetics when administered parenterally, I imagine the patient would experience euphoria (assuming he’s awake). As I recall, LSD crosses even the integument very easily so I doubt it’d have much trouble crossing the exposed surgical field.
In short, the patient/subject would get high.
I’ll shave my head and get a scalpel if you want to try it on me. LSD is a barrel of monkeys.
