Can Amitriptyline Or Lortab Make You Gain Weight?
I have been trying to lose a few pounds and I have been gaining 2-3 pounds a week. I eat about 1600 calories a day and no more than 35-40g of fat a day. I exercise at least 20-30 a day. I take 125 of amitriptyline a day and also lortab everyday. Could the either of these make me gain weight ? I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong.

The Amitriptyline can have the potential to cause weight gain but I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well as your doctor to see what they say.
