		<description>Lorazepam and diazepam are part of the same drug class called the benzodiazepines. Diazepam is a longer acting drug, therefore there has to be a higher dosage of it to last the 40 hours of so that it is effective. Lorazepam is a short acting benzo. It is approximately the same as a Xanax(alprazolam). I think it will be the same.
I must warn you though that using these more often than you need to can be addicting because you begin to rely on them to prevent anxiety. Lorazepam may be more addicting because it&#039;s shorter acting and you see effects from it shortly after you take it.</description>

		<description>You are too focused on whether you think it may not work.  It sounds like your issues are bigger than severe anxiety.  
Counseling for anxiety may be the best for you.   Stay off drugs if you can help it. You will eventually develop a tolerance no matter what your take and nothing will work. 
I also need to add.  Those are not low doses as written by the writer below me.   They are not the biggest doses, but by no means are low doses.</description>
