I used to do it as much as I could and i never had seisures.. yes you can halucinate, but its a differnet halucination that others... and once you come of it within an hour or so, you will feel normal again. there are no bad feelings when you are done either, and especially anything that goes on for weeks, your teacher has NO idea what he/she is talking about.... NO
