you are only supposed to eat and drink their products other than dinner. you can drink as much water as you want and eat as much fruits and vegtables too.

all it does is replace higher calorie meals with lower calorie meals of special k. there is nothing miraculous about special k, it’s not even healthy it’s just low calorie. there is nothing healthy about processed carbohydrates the body treats them as simple sugars. the special k diet results in nothing more than the loss of water weight as stored nutrients in the body are metabolized for energy. it does not promote the loss of body fat.
