Are Special K Bars Healthy To Eat For Breakfast For A While If You’re 14 And Wanting To Lose Weight?

Or are Special K bars not healthy?
Would any granola bar be good enough?

well for anything you have to check the nutrition lables. check the calories, sugar, carbs, protein, and fiber. if its all well balanced i say go for it but there may be other healthier options. fiber one bars are delicious and healthy too. you could eat some fruit and whole wheat toast or old fashioned oatmeal!http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…

how much do you weigh? if your in a normal weight range then dieting isn’t healthy for you. there are still nutrients that teenagers need quite a bit of and just eating special k bars isn’t gonna be healthy. instead, why not try to develop a healthy meal plan so that you can get the weight off and keep it off instead of just ‘dieting’ for a while; the weight will come back as soon as you stop dieting.

um gronala bars are not good to eat if your trying to lose wait because they are full of sugars that the some times dont put in the ingredents

Im pretty sure they’re healthy, but I don’t have facts to support this. =]
