Oxycodone is more stronger and has more of a opiate derivative than Hydrocodone
Oxycodone is also a C2 medication…meaning people are MORE likely to abuse it than Hydrocodone which is a C3 medication….
both will show up on a drug test

Oxycodone is a stronger opiate, it is classified as a C2 medication where as Hydrocodone is classified as a C3. Both are opiates and are highly addictive though.
