I am on 3,200 mg. a day for neuropathy. Is anyone on a higher dose than this?

Yes you can ,According to PDR ,neurontin(gabapentin) can give up to 3600mg/day.
I’m not on gabapentin, but according to epocrates (a physician’s tool), the max dose of gabapentin (or Neurontin) is 3600 mg per day for neuropathic pain.
For any increase in your dosage, you should really consult your doctor.
I am taking 1,700 mg per day for neuropathy.
Doesn’t that high of a dosage make you sleepy?
