i am taking concerta. because i have add. i was wondering if it is normal to occiasinaly had a leg twitch or something like that.

Hey There,
As with any medication there is always side-affects .I myself was on Cymbolta and my son (22yrs.) said I look like I was a crack addict as I was twitching all the time.I thought it was just the caffeine .LOL
Do as I did, call your Dr. and tell him on the phone what is going on.He will probably start tapering you down then put you on another medicine.Don’t wait though as this is very important .
I was also wondering Joe why your are not doing the the game instead of medicine for ADD.I have been told by people who have ADD that this is so much better & it works.It’s something like playing a video game which does something to your brain in your Dr.’s office.I am in CA. so maybe it’s considered advanced here.
My daughter is on concerta and has never experienced twitching but is a of the med so you may want to talk to your doc about the dosage you’re on. To give you an idea my girl is about 65 lbs and is on 27 mg a day.
