My partner and I are going to try cialis in a few days, I was wondering what are the problems that could occur from him taking it since he has really low blood pressure.

Cialis and other phosphodiesterase inhibitors like it cause the muscles of blood vessels to relax and thus widen. This allows more blood flow to “a certain part of the man’s body” but also lowers blood pressure.
Consequences are..
1) lightheadedness
2) fainting
3) constricted vision (blood leaving the retinal vessels – temporally)
Precautions
1) be sure to be well hydrated and a little extra salty meal may be a good idea to prevent to BP from falling too far.
2) avoid alcohol, coffee or tea which can lead to fluid loss.
3) stay in the horizontal position, more or less
4) avoid getting up (standing up) suddenly.
5) when getting up (standing up), get up slowly and if feeling faint or vision diminishes, lay back down and consider propping the feet up.
6) if there is a history or risk for heart disease, stroke, severe anemia, use of heart meds, diuretics, certain meds to treat urination issues from enlarged prostate (alpha blockers) call his doctor before using Cialis or other drugs like it.
Enjoy.

Hi
Cialis is not recommended for people taking any form of nitroglycerin and most alpha-blockers, because the combination may lower blood pressure to an unsafe level. Cialis may uncommonly cause: an erection that won’t go away (priapism), vision changes, such as seeing a blue tinge to objects or having difficulty telling the difference between the colors blue and green. Some other common side effects with Cialis include: headache, indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, stuffy or runny nose.

Passing out and dying is the most extreme.
Damage to the eyes.
Did his doctor consider that the ED could be “caused” by the low blood pressure? He should try a Prednisone pack and Sudafed to see if his erections improve. He may not need Cialis.

i think, it cause Headache, indigestion (dyspepsia), Dizziness.
Awareness of your heart beat (palpitations).
Flushing.
Nasal congestion.
Abdominal pain.
Heartburn (reflux).
Back pain.
Pain in the muscles (myalgia)

Side effects include a sudden drop in blood pressure. He might miss out on all the fun if he’s dead!
